Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port

This hotel is very clean, the staff was amazing. Alex Michelle and Billy are the best. They offer early check-in. They have a shuttle to the cruise port and to the airport. It’s really close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. I recommend requesting a room on the parking lot side and not the roadside. It’s a little bit loud from the cars.

Started off bad, call for the airport FREE shuttle 8 times before someone did not hang up on me, the room faced the parking lot with super bright lights on all night room felt like daylight all the time lights above bed were burned out and /or unplugged , pictures show room king with a sofa ! NOT! No place close to walk to to get something besides fast food to eat, bummer for the cost.

We stayed the day before our Bahamas trip and the day after. Both stays were 1 night and they were great. The day before our trip, we got there in the morning. Alex was at the front desk. She was very nice. And she went above and beyond to get us early check-in. We appreciated that very much. The day we came back from Bahamas. We arrived at 9:30 pm. Our room was ready. It was clean. It was comfortable. And again, Alex was at the front desk and she was just as friendly as she was the first time. I like that there’s a lot of places in walking distance for shopping or if you want something to eat. Perfect location if you’re getting on the ferry to the Bahamas or going on a cruise. We would definitely stay here again.

I have absolutely no complaints!

The location of this place is perfect if you're staying in town the night before a cruise, like we were. The complimentary shuttle is great....and hard to believe it's complimentary. You just call the Front Desk, (Bella and Alex were always polite and informative) after you're done getting your luggage and the driver (for us it was Carlos) was there w/in 10 minutes. The cruiseport shuttle cost $15/person, but again, time is money and it's very convenient. The room was very clean as well. If I ever return to Ft Lauderdale, I'd stay there again.

The staff were extremely friendly, especially Bella and Keisha and Elias. Everyone was very helpful, kind and went above and beyond to make the stay fun and comfortable. Shuttle driver was on time and so professional. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🙏🏽
