It was easy to get to and close to eating places

Simple but clean and friendly people

The location was convenient for my needs at the time.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the front desk person that the had no rooms available. I told her I have a reservation, and I showed her my confirmation email with the confirmation number and the date of the reservation ( August 6). She said since I arrived after midnight, the reservation was moved to the next day.(August 7). I told her that I noted on the request for the room that I would be arriving between 12:00am-2:00am. She said "too bad, we have no rooms available". We left, and tried to find another hotel, but everything was full. We ended up having to continue driving through the night to get home.. We drove from Ruidoso, NM to Houston, TX all in one drive. We were all very tired and sleepy, and that made the continued driving very unsafe and dangerous. My credit card was charged for the room, even though I did not get to have the room. I am very disappointed. I am disputing the charge for the room.

I had a reservation and when I showed up at 6pm, they said they had no rooms and I was charged

Nothing caught my attention to say this was a great place.

The pillows were so uncomfortable. The constant water leak in the toilet and bathtub kept me up all night
