Breakfast was good.

Ice machine closes to my room broke had to walk all the way across the property to get ice. Our room door you had to hit it hard with your shoulder to get it to open an jerk really hard to get it to open an it was a handicap accessible room no way anyone in a wheelchair could get the door open from outside or inside The tub would not drain when taking a shower filled up with water while you bathed . The glass sliding door was really hard to open as well. The air-conditioning unit was so loud when the compressor kicked it sounded like a jet engine taking off. They didn't have enough linens to go around. Spilled some water on my beds bottom sheet an was told by front desk that they didn't have anymore so I had to sleep on a towel in a wet bed.

Close to venue and staff was very nice

It was smelly and old and pretty dirty. I paid so much money to stay here, and last day I changed hotel that was so much better for less.

The place was dirty, and there were cockroaches.

I did not like the low quality of the towels and bed sheets at the property.

Nothing.

Got there and there was a line of ppl waiting to check in and nobody at the front desk to do so. Waited about 20 before someone finally came to the desk to check ppl in. We finally checked in and ended up checking right back out not even 2 hours later. There were roaches/bugs in the room and bathroom so we went back to the front desk to check out and left. Ended up finding a different hotel to stay at for the weekend instead.
