Guests highly rate the staff was good and frequently praise the pool was decent.
Loved that the pool stayed open until 11pm. Bugs found in the bathroom.
First room smelled like marijuana and mildew. Second room was slightly better. Pool and hot tub did not have the proper amount of chlorine and was not maintained properly. Water smelled like urine.
Very nice hotel
We had pets with us and our room was easily accessible to the outside. This was great! We had trouble with our TV and it was immediately handled with kindness. Breakfast was great!
The only thing bad was the breakfast. Coffee was good
The bed was horriblly uncomfortable, i couldnt sleep but other than that our expirence was great

Front desk did a good job
So upon arrival we checked into our hotel and had to keep our door open and unlocked for over an hour because we had no room key. we also had to go spend our own money to buy cleaning supplies to clean the floors and shower and sink in our room. my daughters socks instantly turned black when we put her down in the room and let her walk around. the flooring in the room is layed incorrectly and has large gaps all over in it.
After calling ahead to confirm the hot tub was working, I was told the hot tub is working but when we got there the water was cold. Also several cars pulled up with loads of kids who were not guest of the hotel to use the pool. They were there for hours. Pizza crust all over the floor, covered in bugs. That’s how long it’s been there
