They don’t like to give a deposit back because other people were banging on the walls. Don’t recommend going here.

When you first walk in your hit in the face with a cat spray stench covered by a Walmart automatic air freshener. I was given a key to a room that wouldn't unlock, the front desk guy had to try the key himself then gave me a key to another room. The other room had crumbs on the floor next to the beds, sticky cup rings on the night stand, poop splitter on the toilet, soap scum all over the shower, burn holes on the bedspread of a nonsmoking room, it was a dirty room and i wasnt about to have my 81 yr old papaw stay in an unclean room. I went to the front desk to let the guy know and he gave me another key to another room. The 3rd and last room I looked at had stains on the bedspreads and the bathroom wasnt clean. I took my registration card and key to the front desk and because no one came to the desk to help. I called Expedia who connected me to the hotel and the guy said he wasn't refunding me because I didn't like the rooms, he says the rooms were clean. I have pictures proving they weren't clean. I was not risking exposing my elderly papaw to that nastiness and possible COVID exposure. If the toilet isn't clean I highly doubt they're sanitizing anything. I would like Expedia to contact me since the hotel doesn't want to make this right.

The front desk clerk was unfriendly and unhelpful. He did not smile, explain anything, or even acknowledge my presence. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep, so stayed in spite of the vaguely dirty appearance. I woke up in the morning covered in huge bug bites. Overnight the hotel was LOUD: people yelling, doors slamming, and loud music. If you plan to take the kids swimming, this is not the place for you. The pool was green and between the hotel and the pool was a parking lot filled with people drinking and smoking. The positives: there was a nice breakfast and the coffee was good. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was clean but my tv did not work. I told the front desk and was assured it would be fixed. Nobody came and the next morning it still didn’t work. The new front desk lady said the other girl must not have felt like putting the code in for my tv. She said she would tell the manager but didn’t offer anything off my bill. The door had a large gap underneath and I could hear every conversation from people in the hall. The bed was clean and comfortable. I probably would not stay here again.

The desk clerk was rude and very unprofessional. I had a nonsmoking room but my bedding and cigarette burns allover it. The hotel was very unclean.

The hotel was clean the staff was great. Beds suck very broke down. Trim in room had nails sticking out of it. Light falling down in shower. Guests where very loud. Rooms are drafty.

We had a wonderful stay. Next time I need to book a king ned because the bed we had was to small. The shower head was broke but we managed. There was LOTS of hall noise but it stopped by bed time.

When I checked in I was told that someone was already checked in with my name. Took apart a hour for them to figure it out. I'm still not sure it was ever really fixed in the system. Not even one apology for the inconvenience. The room was disgusting and had feces on the bathroom wall.

The guy who checked me in was on his phone texting so took forever to get checked in. Sheets and blankets were dirty on both beds staff didn't care. The shower was dirty. The room smelled bad. I had a pet with me and they over charged me by one day. I stayed 2 nights and was charged for 3. Refused to give me a refund.
