Sonesta ES Suites Nashville Brentwood

The best way to describe this hotel is worn out and unkept. The sheets and towels were ok, but the room was beat up, the shower was worn out, there are stains on the bathroom walls/ peeling paint, and the room smelled. Each room access door is exposed to the outdoors; so don't think it will be like going to a hotel where you securely access the floors via an internal elevator. Anyone can walk up and knock on the door to your room. The room entryways were filthy with numerous stains on the concrete, there was food spilled and stained all over the place, ice cream sprinkles were ground in the steps going up to our second-floor room. We were afraid to walk on the floors without our shoes on. The employees were friendly.

Vi lejede en Kingsize-studio og var glade for dette valg; vi havde godt med plads under vores ophold. Beliggenheden er god i forhold til Nashville og Franklin -nogenlunde midt i mellem. Rart personale, overraskende god morgenmad med et fint udvalg samt et super fint vaskeri.

Ifølge billederne skulle vi have komfur i lejligheden, men vi havde blot 2 blus og ikke ovn. Rengøringen kunne have været bedre; vi måtte vaske en del af servicet i køkkenet op inden brug. Vi var kede af at poolen havde lukket - måske det stod online, men vi opdagede det først ved ankomst. Lejligheden har lidt en kælder-følelse; der er ret mørkt og dunkelt. Der var desværre en snert af gammel/indelukket/fugtig lugt og det var svært at lufte ud, da vinduet knap kunne åbne. Brandmæssigt er det heller ikke alt for godt, at vinduet ikke kan åbnes uden magt.

Kimyon (I hope I spelled it correctly) was truly a blessing, very kind and gracious.

this hotel was filthy rundown. I don’t bring fresh towel to the room. I literally had to go and get the towels out of the towel room myself.

Good breakfast

Our room was booked last minute and one of the only left. From the moment we walked in, I smelled dog, then found some dog food on the kitchen floor where you enter the room. The bathroom was very dirty. The room needed maintenance.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds with very nice quality linens.

I wished my first night would have been included with the two nights that were initially paid for as far as the price. There were cobwebs over the lighting at the front door. The television didn’t work for two nights

The cobwebs and the television not working and parking far from my room. Not having trash cans near doggie bag dispensers which didn’t have the poop bags inside each dispenser. The roll of bags would be laying on the ground and many has slits in them as they were a cheap brand

We were there 5 days and had issues every day. Day 1 90% of TV channels did not work Day 2 no water afternoon Day 3 no hot water in AM. Day 1-5 tub slow drain. Had to remove stopper. Day 4 towel bar that was cracked on arrival fell off the wall. For the TV, maintenance came but issue persisted throughout stay. He said hotel needed to upgrade their service, so this was a known issue. The day I tried to call about the water, the front desk never answered so I had to walk to the lobby. The front desk staff and maintenance were extremely nice, but having issues every day was very frustrating. There were areas on the wall in the bathroom where paint had peeled off. We stay in Brentwood when we come to Nashville, because it is a very nice area. This stay was not and we will not stay there again. I was also a little disappointed in the exercise area being this was a long stay suite area.
