Every time you flushed the toilet I had to remove the lid and push down the flapper so it would fill up and quit running.

Location, grounds & friendly staff

Property overall needs a facelift, rooms are a bit worn out. ALSO beds need clean blankets separate from the bed spreads. Just an under-sheet and bed spread is not very sanitary.
