Hotels dot com lied there was no restaurant and no free breakfast and it took over an hour to receive a $25 credit completely terrible service and representation

"Disgusting & doesn’t feel safe"

From beginning to end, this place is terrible. Very rude check in. Dirty room. The places feels unsafe & the doors don’t feel secure. The tv screen wouldn’t shut off & stayed illuminated. Do not stay here. I don’t trust this property at all. Gross!

Tub was nasty At check in we let them know .they said they would have it cleaned.later that night we. Went to room t shower. To get ready for bed.and the tub still nasty .went to them again about it .they handed me a bottle of cleaner and a rag to clean the tub.how crazy is that.

The description in this listing is not at all accurate. Only reason we stayed in this hotel was it advertised breakfast and it did not. The hotel is very old did not look at all like pictures. There was a dead bug in one of the queen beds. I selected a room with a king bed. The bathroom was not clean. Will never stay here again!!

"decent room for a low price"

Good price for a decent room. The pool is a cement pond and should not be included in the hotel amenities.

Lie about pool. Smell of bathroom. Not comfortable bed.
