Four Points by Sheraton Memphis East

It was not convenient way to get in parking lot. Also there were few disable parking lot.

Liked the complimentary water in rooms. No microwave in rooms.

The gentlemen at this front desk was cordial. Check-in took a little longer do to go to computer issues. Our room was nice and comfy. The location of the hotel was convenient to shopping and eating establishment. I would stay here again.

Had to pay for breakfast

Room was tiny! There were lights outside that made their way through the shades. Staff was great and bed was comfortable, but the extra blanket I got was very yellowed (supposed to be white).

We were only given 2 bottles of water for 3 days

We were dumped here due to a cancelled flight and it's just the sort of cheap place airlines use for such situations. The two reception staff seemed to have a few gaps in their knowledge of check-in procedures but were at least friendly. The room was dark and gloomy, blue or green paint (so dark you couldn't be sure) sucking any light away from things. It then overlooked a dull car park, a busy road and a few fast food joints. We decided not to blow $12.95 each on breakfast - we visited late in our trip so by then we knew that you get a bit less than you pay for and we had already suffered a poor breakfast at a slightly higher price already. The check out staff member was as disengaged as the unfortunate group that was eating. It was very strange to see the Sheraton and Marriott names here.

Yeah, I will never stay here again. The employees were friendly and professional, but this place needs to be redesigned, refurbished, and renewed. It’s time. And if you recently had it refurbished you’re lying. Pictures are of a used face towel in the room I stayed at, when I checked in it was hanging up, there were no trash bags lining the bins, the water and coffee was not stocked. It felt like someone had used the room prior but the bed was made and everything else was skipped over. This is a Sheraton?

There must have been a highschool basketball team or somwthing in town that weekend, as the hotel was over run with loud teenagers rubbing around the halls. Other than that, just an average hotel. Overpriced, but nothing particularly bad
