Location good for our journey, although a liitle out of the way to get to when travelling north. If you need to get to shops for milk etc (not supplied) it again means travel via car to the opposite side of the freeway

General cleanliness, noise from guest sitting outside smoking. A lot of cigarette butts outside lower level entrances and that smell waffles throughout the rooms. Needs a good reno. In our room the small table had wobbled. The larger table had a broken leg,decor is in need of update

Location and price.

The premises were well apportioned, but a bit tired. The bed was a bit saggy on one side. I did not like being alone in a motel.

It doesn’t have kitchen amenities like other hotels does near this town

Maid service, overall value, generally friendly staff & location.

Could improve breakfast beyond just coffee but a valid argument value contemplates a no-frills coffee-only breakfast.
