We have always visited Cannes and will always stay at this Best Western hotel, especially due to the hot tub on the roof along with the sun loungers. 5 years we have been coming to this hotel every time we visit Cannes. The location is perfect and staff are always welcoming.

Unfortunately this time around we didn’t have a great experience and we are very dissatisfied that we didn’t get moved. We have just left from a Wednesday to Sunday trip with this hotel. We were put in a room right next to the lift. This made a horrendous amount of noise whenever this was used throughout the day / night. This woke up us in the mornings and kept us awake at night. The price for the hotel is quite expensive and we are happy to pay this. However I would not expect a room with loud noises from the lift being used. It sounded like there was a loud screeching whale in our room. Very dissatisfied.

Excellent location and staff

The parking: is quite difficult to maneuver, especially with a big/long car. However, if stay longer, you get use to it 😀
