Stanza buona, ,a prezzo troppo alto.

Abbastanza centrale, staff molto gentile seppur ci sia stata assegnata una stanza errata. Errore poi recuperato dal gentilissimo signore dello staff. Ma la camera comunque aveva una terrazza tanto sponsorizzata senza una minima illuminazione. Inutile. Parcheggio caro.

They upgraded our room to executive room for unable to find original reserved room. That was a great gesture of offering outstanding customer service.

Breakfast timings. They could start a little early as there are flights and movie screenings scheduled early in the Morning.

The location and the spacious bright room

The bed was too small for such a large room. It seemed they had changed the bed, and it was probably supposed to be a larger one, as the nightstand on one side was so far away that it was practically unusable. There were also only two bottles of Cristaline bottled water in the room, each with a price tag of €3.50. At that price, they did not even offer complimentary water. The breakfast was not extravagant, but it was decent and of good quality.

La propreté, la situation dans la ville, la superficie de la chambre et la qualité de la literie. Super petit déjeuner et équipe très professionnelle, à l’écoute pour l’accueil.

Rien de bien important, peut être le service bar du rooftop qui était annoncé à partir de 10h mais qui n’était pas au rv. Avec un Indice à 9 merci au service de l’accueil qui a palier à notre déshydratation en nous offrant des bouteilles d’eau 👍
