Staff were very friendly and helpful

Worst motel/hotel I ever stayed in. The room not only smelled of dog, it smelled of dog feces. The comforter on top of the bed linen looked very old and thin. I didn’t even sleep underneath the covers. When opening the bathroom door the henges squeaked so loud it would wake up anyone asleep. The fan loudly squelched when the bathroom  light was turned on and again would awaken anyone asleep.  The bathroom tub/shower was so filthy, I would not use it. This hotel is falling apart and it appears that no effective maintenance is being performed. The price is way too high for a substandard room.

Que tengo tentando 3 meses El hotel y hoy queian sacar mis cosas xq no recopilaron El pago de mu habitation antes de las 11 am

Bathroom sink basically had NO cold water but only scalding hot water spurted out. So strange. We reported to front desk.

The staff was really good

No breakfast per advertised and ice machine broken

Nice employees

The air didn’t work the room was really hot

The room smelled bad and the bathtub was dirty. I would not stay there again.
