Quality Inn Jackson North

3 of the 6 pillows were heavily stained/unwashed. I was given the wrong room. The towels were stained. The room looked run down. I ended up not even staying there

Staff is unprofessional and rude. Rooms were not very clean. Shower curtain was stained and dirty, same with towels. They added an extra fee after I checked out that has not been refunded after I was told it would be

You can tell that this hotel has potential however its current state is deplorable. There is visiable mold in the rooms, especially the bathroom. Due to the mold, the rooms have a very strong mold/mildew smell. When we arrived there was only one towel, however, when we asked for a second we were provided one right away. The blanket on the bed had a blood stain on it. The bathroom in the one room had a large leak through the ceiling on the morning of check out that was coming from the room above and was reported to the staff. We were asked to provide a 50$ deposit hold upon check in that was to be releeased when we checked out, however they processed the hold and it was posted to my credit card. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The worst hotel I ever stayed , over priced dirty towels ,broken headboard , bugs in the room , bad customer service , I booked for a week because usually Quality Inn are decent but this one not , I called to cancel and they charged me two nights without staying , please avoid this Hotel

The air conditioner is not cooling, there are no clean towels, everything is dirty even the toilet seat is not fastened.

The front desk attendant was very rude and kicked my kid, who was helping me with my luggage, out of the building as I was standing at the desk checking in! The attendant pointed at a sign posted that included the words "No Visitors" and absolutely refused to help me -- and was actually mean about it -- because the No Visitors rule meant my kid couldn't even be *in the building*. It's a ridiculous rule to start with, but the way the attendant implemented it demonstrated incredibly poor customer service, and frankly, incredibly poor relations to a fellow human being. I also witnessed the same attendant treat another guest in the same way: she kicked them out of the building while they were waiting inside out of the rain for their Uber, simply because they hadn't paid the security deposit (but even though they *had* paid for the room itself!) When I got to my room, I discovered it was in a state of disrepair. The bathroom door didn't have a doorknob; instead it had pencil marks where the knob should go. And the front panel of the bathroom counter was naked wood with a cut-out intended for a tissue box, but it was only a hole and nothing else -- no tissues. I've never experienced such harsh treatment from *any* hotel

The shower was dirty and needed cleaning, no working ice machine on property, no breakfast even though it was advertised, and we found fleas in the bedding

Everything!!! This place is nasty! The customer service is equivalent. We should have run but we had been driving all day and were extremely tired. After arriving close to midnight, we had to call to get someone to come to the front desk. The room was crappy which is expected but we just came in, laid down, and went to sleep. We woke up and got ready only to find the towels were dirty, the bathroom ceiling is caving in, and they only served breakfast from 6-8. Too bad too sad. Never stay here!!

Good place to lay your head at night!

The staff was not very friendly, I asked for a receipt they would not give me one! Staff took over 20 minutes to come us in.. took over 10 minutes to give us a key to room
