Love the property and all the activities.

People with kids need to roomed in the same building . People without kids should not be roomed underneath a room with kids let alone in the same wing . Wanted to sleep in but was unable too due to children stomping and running

Zachari Dunes exceeded my expectations from the moment we arrived. As a disabled traveler who uses both a cane and wheelchair I have never found a place truly fully accommodating. From the ease of handicap parking , several ramps, plenty of signage for ada routes and options this place truly was accommodating for all. Doorways and entrances provided ample space to comfortably fit. The pool area offers lifts and amazing accommodations as well as ease to reach the beach minus sand ofcourse. If there was a need to experience the ocean that would be the only struggle however there is a beautiful grass area to enjoy the sunset and waterfront views. We were booked in a spacious Lanai room with easy access to just about everywhere. The room was gorgeous and came with 2 full bathrooms. One with a shower and one with a bath and shower combo. While my room was not ada I always makesure I am booked in a room large enough for my needs as travels dont guarantee ada rooms even if you book one. During our stay we did not experience any of the food or drinks as we ventured off property. We did enjoy time in the dive lounge however hours sre very limited especially for the summer so we left to enjoy adult time elsewhere The resort is perfect for families, solo trips, couples and your furry friends. Location was perfect and the pools were very well sized for some R&R. This resort provides 2 hour free rentals and an abundance of activities that there was no shortage of entertainment. Location was perfect as we were only a 15minute drive to the bars in Ventura and near a shopping and food space as well. My overall stay was phenomenal and I look forward to returning.

The gentleman at the pool working the towel area was extremely rude. He was "logging towels " only provided one towel so families had to share. Told us we were not allowed to swap for a dry one and just a very nasty attitude when the other pool person wasn't rude .

The staff.

The food is not kid friendly. A breakfast bar would be great also.

We loved the atmosphere their The pool garden was so beautiful the hot tub it gots to offer is a really nice size Rooms were beautiful and nice size for family vacations . Food is amazing at ox ocean.

Only thing was that I didn't get to stay long enough lol other than that it was perfect

I liked that the rooms had two bathrooms and its proximity to the beach was second to none.

They were under staffed and the staff seemed poorly trained and scared of management. The breakfast trailer stopped taking minutes 20 minutes before closing time (with no notice) because they weren't allowed to be cooking past 10:30. They were out of towels on numerous visits to the pool and once they were restocked, staff said you had to check them back in after using or you would be charged - only to keep having 30 minute stretches with no staffing to check towels in and out with. The valet was understaffed and they didn't seem properly resourced. There was zero urgency to restaurant staff. it took 40 minutes from our reservation start to getting drinks, then the waiter was not yet ready to take our order and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes to have our order taken. Similar slow service was experienced when we tried to get cocktails in the evening. And after purchasing s'mores kits the fires went out and staff said if they didn't turn back on in 20 minutes on their own and only after waiting could we return to ask for help. I was also disappointed that our room was not properly resourced. We paid for 4 guests. We had to make the sofa bed (fine) but they didn't had adequate blankets and only one pillow for the sofa bed for 2 people requiring us to call and wait for a pillow as well.
