There was nothing cold to drink for the kids at breakfast

The staff was nice and friendly checc in and out was fast. Walking distance from the scripts n the beach.I enjoyed the stay.

Got there tv was broken room was stink I was told they would give us another room which never happened then they told us we would receive a refund go back and sit in the room look up the ceiling is covered in black mold still waiting on my refund

Property was very poor. I would never stay there again manager very unprofessional.

The elevator broke with a small family and myself on it. The phone button in the elevator did not work. I pulled the doors open, cutting under my finger nail. I notified front desk staff. They called the elevator company but did not tell any of the guests that the elevator was out of order. The breakfast was not stocked hardly at all Our bathroom door is the room was broken and would not close. Overall, for the price of close to 200 a night, we were very disappointed. The staff does not care and that is evident. I don't know. The 200 per night was a rip off. I would like some of that back if anyone that can do this, can help.

This hotel was not cleaned well. The HVAC system didn’t work well!! My room was freezing, so turned up a little. By early am my room was like a swamp! Water actually all over the floor (condensation). Phones didn’t work and they didn’t answer phone at desk. When I said something they acted like this is normal.

My experience was horrible…the clock radio was rusted, the ac unit had mold, dead bugs, and dust in it, the room door had a huge hole at the bottom of it that I had to put a few towels there to block it. The ice machine and ice buckets were molded and rusted. There was mold and holes in the walls and ceilings. For the price they charged, it should not have been this way and I am a rewards member so I expected it to be like all the others I have stayed at especially for it to be in Myrtle beach. I thought I was staying at the motel 6 or the red roof inn. Then had condoms in the stairways the one elevator that was working was small and out dated with lose tiles on the floor. Close this down and get renovating cause you gonna get someone sick with the amount of mold in there.
