Everything was great with our stay

It could have been better as far cleaning the hallway had carpet and I have allergies the room chairs had stains, and y’all need to have the elevator cleaned better, no I wouldn’t stay there again I was content for the moment….. needs better service….

I don’t even have words for how bad this place was…Phyllis, the “good Christian woman” working the front desk was the most dishonest and incompetent ass I’ve ever dealt with in all the years I’ve been traveling. The hotel was overrun with prostitutes working the parking lots and the place was a disaster inside. This is the first negative review I’ve ever given because when I tried to get the owners contact info, the ridiculous lady at the desk told me to leave the review and he would see it. I not only wouldn’t recommend this location, I am going to make it a point to publicize my experience across every Veteran/ Military platform I have access to so no one else has to experience it.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. My friend and I were stuck overnight in Myrtle Beach after I flight got cancelled. I called the reservations number and booked a room. I figured a Wyndham would have been a safe bet. We arrived around 1045pm and had to be back to the airport at 4 AM. We walked in and the most disgusting smell hit us in the face. It was a mix of filth, stale smoke, and vomit. A young guy walked over to the front desk from the lobby, no name tag, all he said was “checking in?” I said yes, he asked for a name. Did something with the computer, put a room key on the counter. Never looked at us or said anything. We were just standing there. He finally mumbled “you’re all good”. We walked to elevator, the interior of the hotel looked half way remodeled half way from the 90s. The elevator was sketchy as heck as was another guest that got on with us. We were on the 4th floor we got off and again the smell of stale smoke was so strong. Opened the room door, there was gum or a sticker or something stuck on the floor. The room smelled so bad like old smoke and filth. We layed on top of the beds and listened to all the other “guests” roam the hall. Arguing yelling making all sorts of deranged sounds I was truly scared. This went on literally all night. We got up to leave at 345AM to leave, there were still other people in hall. The kid who checked us in was sprawled out passed out cold on a couch in the lobby snoring. He didn’t even hear us leaving. I asked the Uber driver if she knew anything about this place and her response was “ oh yea this is a well know meeting place for all the local drug dealers and users. Locals are allowed to rent rooms. It’s know for drugs and prostitution.” She went on to tell us that when the ride request came through and saw it was for a ride to the airport she knew we must not have known where we were! Again, I can. It believe Wyndham would put there name on a place like this!!!!!!! I would like to get my money back!!!!!

I do not recommend this hotel. Dingy, smelled of smoke and loud after-hours hallway discussions/noise. Original check in put me in a handicap room (not needed)...moved to a regular room - TV did not work. Finally moved to another room which was (again) dingy, and smelled of smoke. I was supposed to stay 4 days but checked out asap after 1 night.

Front Desk lady was nice but did not give me king bed I reserved online, elevator is in very poor condition and furniture inside the room was full of stains and blood

I liked the room but the atmosphere was terrible prostitute in the parking lot staff smelled of marijuana we checked out early due to the environment
