The room was nice and clean and comfortable

The kitchen staff look like she did not like her job. The food was not enough for the amount of people that were staying there. The pancake machine was not fixed in a whole week we were there. Having to having long period of time for the food to be ready.

The property is fine, my complaint is with Booking.com, they owe me my money, I got charged twice for my reservation.

"I was disappointed because I usually have a nice suite. and everything works! This suite was bad."

Location

There was no working outlets or lights on the one side of the room. The tv didnโ€™t work & the iron was scorched on the bottom, where someone had burnt fabric or something.
