The property was ocean front and the view was immaculate

The sheet of the hotel is kinda dirty and the room’s floor was not clean.

We truly had an amazing stay! The staff was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Maria at the front desk was exceptionally caring, helpful, and welcoming. Our rooms were spotless, exactly as expected, and featured a balcony overlooking the ocean. Each morning, we enjoyed a hot breakfast, and the lobby and breakfast area were always clean, well-stocked, and inviting thanks to Leslie, Donna, and Dionne. These ladies worked so efficiently and were incredibly patient and kind. My girls looked forward to seeing them every morning. Our housekeeper, Tom, was wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. With three rooms and a large group, there was always a lot going on, but the entire hotel staff was attentive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. A huge thank-you to Rayshell the Mermaid, who went above and beyond to create unforgettable birthday memories for my girls. Her thoughtfulness made our trip even more special. From the exceptional service to the comfortable accommodations, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning in the future.

Adding a couple more breakfast options would be amazing.

The one security lady following me to my room making sure I had a wrist band and harassing me everyday won’t come back because of it

Ocean front, close to food and some shops.

The pictures of the place are misleading. Same breakfast everyday. Cleaners will not clean your room unless you hand them a tip. 20 dollars got new towels and beds made but the same bed sheets were used.

Loved our view and pool/bar area. The staff were super nice and professional.

The elevators didn’t work half the time so we had to take the stairs. The sink didn’t look all that clean and didn’t like that the sink isn’t in the bathroom.
