Very old and smelly. Saw cockroaches in my room. Not clean at all but the location was great

"Very disappointing, not recommended at all"

The location is right at the beach!

I really wanted to like the place but it was absolutely disappointing! Check in was easy with a wonderful and sweet receptionist. She was great! Maybe it’s just bad luck but we got a horrendous room. Ground level right next to the pool! All evening we had people walk by our window going to the pool and bar. You can imagine the noise level. Our “patio” area was the walkway to the pool for everybody and also the only patio that didn’t have a chair or anything to sit down.The whole ocean view was absolutely pointless for us as we had to close all curtains for some privacy. Our room was damp and the floor wet, the beds were covered in sand and the overall condition of the room was poor. I walked in new white socks and they turned black in a matter of minutes. Water kept dropping down from the ceiling all night long, regardless of the air conditioning running at full speed all night. The bathroom was rusty and the shower had a leak. I can’t speak for the breakfast as I haven’t tried it, there was a huge line. After a horrible night I wasn’t in the mood anymore to wait forever. We checked out early in the morning and I brought up the dirtiness of the room, but there was no solution. A partial refund would have been nice. I will attach photos it was truly bad!

The view and water was hot

Parking bearly enough spots tight squeeze, breakfast had a line and not much selection. Someone poop in pool so my son bearly got to swim then next day they shut off waterfall before I got to get him to swim with it. Bar was closed and did see any shows or pirates or mermaids. Was kinda disappointed with a lot tho I know some couldn't be helped cuz of it being raining season
