Nothing

It was filthy. No customer service. No ice. I had to walk to another hotel to get some. And when I say filthy. I mean absolutely disgusting. Fridge didn’t work. Was full of dirt.

First room was not safe; it did not have a door that locked. We had to go down to Registration Ofc to get a new room/key and traded our card key for another room. The bathroom was dirty; hair on the floor and on top of tub. Mirror wasnt cleaned properly; it had milky streaks across it in its entirety. Refrigerator light did not come on when we opened the door.

Convenient

First room was dirty and spring coming out of bed. Moved to another room and the fridge was missing along with the phone. There was no ice machine on property even though it said they had one. I would like a partial refund at least, we had no way to keep our food and drinks cold.

Glad we checked in late and left early.

Room was not clean, bathroom was nearly unsanitary. Lock on the door was broken.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating

No breakfast

There was bedbug, bathroom wasn’t cleaned
