"No limpiaron mi cuarto"

Las instalaciones y ubicación

No me gustó que no limpiaron nuestro cuarto, nos faltaron toallas y papel higiénico. Nos comentaron que para que hagan limpieza en la habitación tenemos que quedarnos 4 días, esa respuesta se me hizo pésima ya que en NINGÚN hotel en el que me he quedado me ha pasado eso.

Location

I was there 4 days and housekeeping only showed up 1 time. I complained twice and the answer was the do not disturb sign was on the door. Which it was not

"We hope to receive credit for our TV not working."

Convenient off Interstate 10

Our TV was Dishnet and wasn’t working. We found out this has happened a lot. Even after waiting awhile the manager came in trying several different solutions, she was unable to get TV working. I asked for a discount since there were no longer any other rooms on the 1st floor to switch into and we were already settled into our room. I’m still waiting on a credit for this inconvenience.
