Front desk person not helpful... bathroom was not in the best shape...

I asked for the first floor and I got it. The room was clean .

I got a room with 2 beds, and what was supposed to be a sofa bed. Unfortunately, it was not, and wasn't even a sofa, but a love seat. My kid was too tall to sleep on it. I went to the front desk to inquire, and they were surprised it wasn't a sofa bed as well, but they didn't offer to switch rooms or anything. They had 1 extra blanket and 2 pillows, so i had to make a bed out of the couch and chair cushions for my poor kiddo, who did not sleep too well with that setup. In turn, none of us did. There was also a lot of road noise on the front side of the hotel, and you could hear your neighbors peeing when in the bathroom.
