The location was a perfect spot. Walking distance from alot of places.

Valet arriving was taking forever.

The reception area. The room size, cleanliness, lighting. The breakfast.

The receptionist on my arrival was not as friendly or as helpful in the standards of such a facility. The parking garage requires use of stairs if you self park.

I’m paraplegic. Hotels don’t seem to understand that handicapped rooms, should include the bed. How difficult is it to lower beds in handicapped rooms to accommodate transfer from wheelchair, to bed? Also your ramps in parking garage are steep but have no flat landing at top. Trying to open and hold heavy door while hanging onto chair so don’t roll backwards down ramp and lose open door is very inconvenient and difficult to manage More consideration to handicapped would be nice.

Bad location had to pay $30 dollars per day for parking Unnecessarily charges for breakfast Breakfast dishes dirty I brought it to the person in charge and he said it was caused by dish washer and did nothing to correct the problem

The whole place was just really comfortable. The staff was amazing and the eggs were the best hotel breakfast eggs I've ever had!
