Great location…close to all shops and restaurants in downtown area.

We were charged a $25 per person resort fee. I picked this hotel because it had a pool and I like a morning swim before I start my day. I was unable to utilize the pool my entire stay because pool hours don’t begin until 9 a.m. There was a yoga by the pool class which begins at 8 am so a handful of people were doing yoga by the pool. I asked front desk if I could swim laps since no one was in the pool and I was all set for a swim not realizing the 9 am policy. I was told No. I felt like I paid a resort fee but didn’t get to use the one amenity I wanted. We had full days planned so waiting until 9 for a swim was not an option.

빅아일랜드를 돌면서 만타 가오리 투어를 위해서 묵었던 호텔인데 주변에 식당도 많아서 저녁먹고 투어 나가는데 최적이었답니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 침대도 좋았어요

제가 받았던 방이 작아서 그런지 의자도 없고 전자레인지나 커피포트도 없었던 것이 아쉬워요

צריך לבקש שינקו את החדר אז ביקשתי והמנקה לא באה חזרנו אחריי יום ארוך כל החדר היה מבולגן אז התקשרתי לקבלה והתשובה שלהם הייתה זה שהיא הייתה עסוקה ולא הספיקה מה שקצת מוזר אחריי זה כל יום היא דפקה בין 8-9 בבוקר!!!! שזה ממש מוקדם כאילו אנחנו בחופשה למה שנהיה ערים בשעה כזאת ? אז ביקשתי ממנה לבוא יותר מאוחר פעם אחת היא באמת באה ובפעם השנייה לא באו שזה קצת מעצבן כי לקחת דמי ניקיון וכל השטויות והמיסים הם יודעים לקחת יפה. חוץ מזה בנוגע לבריכה - אם אתם משפחה עם ילדים אמליץ לכם להגיע לכאן אם אתם זוג ללא ילדים פשוט אל תבואו כי הילדים בבריכה פשוט סיוט, כמובן שאין מציל כלשהו בבריכה אז הילדים שם קופצים חופשי למים מרטיבים את כל הבגדים והטלפונים ואפילו ילד קטן פשוט הוריד מכנס עמד מעל המים והשתין לתוך הבריכה שזה היה פשוט דוחה בנוסף החדר היה ממוקם ממש מול הבריכה אז גם צרחות של ילדים קטנים העירו אותנו כל בוקר אז בגלל החוויה של הבריכה והנקיון אני לא אחזור לפה אבל שוב אם אתם משפחה עם ילדים אז המקום הזה כן יתאים לכם

Booked last minute and accommodations were clean, seemed fairly new, and had a large balcony in a great location.

The parking was a bit tight and ran out shortly after we got a spot. Recommend getting there a bit earlier if you plan on parking.
