Not much except for the friendliness of the staff

The place was NOT clean inside nor outside. Pool was not clean, had some green on bottom and on sides, and trash floating on top of water(bugs etc) Our refrigerator was not workingand it was the next day(afternoon) before they changed it out. Water went off and it was several hours before we got water back on. Only 1 ice machine working and it was dirty. Vending machine was not working properly and took my money. I'm useless not one to complain but this place needs some attention.

"We took our granddaughterws for their first beach trip and it was a lovely stay."

Pool was nice and clean. Rooms were good size and beds were very comfortable. All areas (lobby, room, parking lot) were clean and staff were helpful.

Breakfast could be a little more variety and choices.

"I will not pay to stay there again!"

The staff was amazing and tried to make us comfortable

To start when you walk in the room there was a puddle of water from the air conditioning leaking so bad. I had to put the only towels on the floor just to try to stop the water from growing over to the bed. I went out and got some cleaners and cleaned the room so my dog could lay on the floor. The pool was green and the location had a lot of things around but it was basically in the middle of the parking lot for shopping malls. The neighbors had kids who were up all night screaming on one side and a couple fighting on the other side all night. It was not a good experience except for the staff. They were great!
