Key West Inn - Boaz

The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean, the surrounding area was open and we felt safe being outside.

We arrived at the room tired from driving, were given long form to fill out with all of my personal information. I explained to the lady who I had difficulty understanding that my reservation was on Booking.com and all of that information was already available to her on the computer. She didn’t care, I sure didn’t feel like filling that out. No coffee in the lobby during the stay, no Kleenex or napkins at all in the room, sparse selection of worn out towels. The worst part was that there were smears on the bathroom walls above the commode that appeared to have come from what goes in to the commode. Housekeeping really should have caught that and cleaned that up!!

Great people and nice room

Poor, I’ve been staying there for 15 nights The lady who cleans thinks that i was bothering her by being there. Every time I ask her to clean the room It was like another nuisance.

I liked how comfortable the bed was and how friendly the woman who checked me in the room... It was a quiet area no real loud noise.

The coffee pot the cord the wires was showing on the back of it,the blow dryer wouldn't work, there was 2 small Roaches was in the bathroom on the shower curtain n the bathtub...the fridge looked gross inside...I feel like I should get a free night

Located conveniently close to the Gore Creek wedding venue. Staff is pleasant. Parking lot well lit. Room was clean. I have zero complaints really.
