Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr gut (3x). Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert (in Zeiten von Hitzewellen wichtig). Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit. Kühles Trinkwasser im Eingangsbereich immer nachfüllbar. Die Nähe ins Zentrum, die Lage. Gute Betten, fand ich. Wasserkocher auf Zimmer. Als Alleinreisende war das Doppelzimmer ausreichend groß, sonst sicherlich nicht ganz so.

Ich konnte in meinem Zimmer das Fenster (fast) gar nicht aufmachen, also konnte ich nicht lüften. Das Fenster ist fixiert, es lässt sich nur einen Minischlitz aufmachen. Die EG Zimmer sind seeehr dunkel.

It's in a brilliant location for exploring Brugge and only about 15 minute walk from the train station. Luckily for us the room was air conditioned which was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is on the border of the old town so bars, restaurants and the sights are all close by. The staff were most helpful and there is a secure luggage storage room.

The booking in is done by a touch screen pad, (total waste of time and resources) which didn't recognise our booking, thank goodness there was a receptionist who was able to book us in and explain how to get in and out of the hotel.

Habitación no muy grande pero cómoda, con zona para poder tomar café o infusión. Baño con ducha amplia. Aparcamiento público de pago justo en el hotel, éste estaba ubicado muy cerca del centro de la ciudad.

Poca iluminación en general. Falta de armario de almacenamiento. No disponía de nevera, lo cual es un inconveniente en verano ya que se agradece poder refrescar el agua
