USBeing right on the lake and having a view of Mackinac Island from our rooms was a big plus. My nephews also loved playing in the pool and playing along the beach.
It could definitely use some updates. The toilet seat was not attached right in one of our rooms which was annoying. The screen doors to the balcony were also in rough shape so you had to keep the main door closed all the time.
USThe view was fantastic and it was a short drive to anywhere in St Ignace, Michigan.
Room didn't have a microwave, the pool room was dirty our backdoor was cracked when we first arrived and the playground was washedout and dangerous.

The hot tub was out of order. The midges made it impossible to sit outside on the patio.

USUSThe site overlooking the lake is great with every room having a view. The staff was very helpful in calling the free shuttle to the ferry for us.
With the recent change in brand, hopefully so changes will occur. The breakfast room is woefully inadequate to accommodate the number of people in the hotel. We gave up and had breakfast at a local restaurant instead. And the rooms are dated and in need of a refresh.
