Antico Palazzo

Respect for hard working Antonello and his family, for effort they do to make you feel confortable and pleased. He expected us at midnight for checkin, due to delayed flight, and prepared every morning breakfast, continental style. Our first floor room was oriented to interiour court, not very big, with a small bathroom and access to balcony via a small lobby. Villa interior traditional furbished, next door downstairs is Nazionale bar, the family bar and pasticeria, with a separate room for serving breakfast. You may use one of the sun umbrellas near the entrance to go to a very close beach in the morning. Afternoon the shadow of buildings will protect you from sun there.

The room door needs some grease :) And take care of narrow sidewalk in front of building, it's on a main route to Taormina with high traffic. So you have the bus station right there to reach touristic points of interest.

Antonio, his wife and mother were all very friendly. Also the man at the bar was very kind. Breakfast was really good and Antonio listened to our wishes about it. Room was clean and Maria cleaned it well every day. :) We were happy that there was a fridge outside of the room. The location was good, near beach and restaurants. The bus stop was close to the hotel and easy to reach. Overall value for money is very good. If you want something sweet and refreshing, try granite from their bar Bar Nazionale :)
