"likely won't go back"

awful room handicap room huge cold and not what i expected - incredibly slow desk clerk. Another person came after me and was out of there long before me. Both of us had pre-booked. I arrived at 12:30 and had 4 hours to sleep.

"Overnight business trip"

Great hotel right at the airport. The restaurant food is pretty good and the service is great. Shiva, the restaurant manager was so warm and welcoming. It felt like I was speaking with the owner. It was such a unique experience at a place that I expected to feel transactional. Room was big and clean and no noise from the airport surprisingly.
