I loved the convenience being right at the airport.

I’m not sure if it was just a massively busy time, but it took over 45 minutes to check in and the line weaved through the whole lobby. I’ve never seen such a long queue in my entire time of travels. Please install self-checkin kiosks for those of us who just want to get to the room and don’t need any special.

The staff was very welcoming and warm. They helped us get comfortable during our layover in Toronto when we arrived at 1 AM after being delayed. Diana was above and beyond helpful the next morning when we ran into some trouble with unexpected doubled charges. She cleared it right up and made the process easy so that our travels weren't marred by having to deal with any extra work fixing it.

We were accidentally double charged, but as I previously mentioned Diana fixed it the next morning.

My room wasn’t clean, there are no luxuries, it’s a hotel in an airport, why not pamper us in the room for the exorbitant prices. Robe slippers kettle shower cap - at this point I’m just talking the basics
