Rooms were dirty and smelled of mold Service was terrible Very disappointing

The beds were ver my comfortable. Excellent location.

It wasn't very clean. Specially the area around the restaurant.

It was a last minute booking. Front desk staff was wonderful. Very helpful.

Was an older hotel, but was acceptable and we had no issues.

The AGM Andre told me I could not take my breakfast to go. I stay here once a month. And I do this every time. I take my breakfast to my office. Keep in mind I had breakfast for 2 included with my room and I am one person. He told me it was policy. I asked another person that works there and they said that is not a policy. They have to go containers for a reason. He was unprofessional and I will never be back here!!! He should be more worried about the screaming people in the pool or the person smoking pot in the room that billows into the hallways. Just not a classy place to begin with but I guess it starts at the top. Thankfully no one else that works there got their training from him cause they are pleasant.

Great hotel Tameka was amazing ! She was really helpful with the technical issues we were having the housekeeping was very friendly the double rooms come with a sofa couch as well if your a bigger family and only want one room and great pool …..

I informed front desk the keurig coffee maker stopped working 4 times before being replaced. The shower drywall and base board behind toilet was water discolored and likely molded. Did not clean the room twice.
