Holiday Inn & Suites Boca Raton - North

The pool area was reasonable The General Manager Brandon was exceptional!!

The room was not as depicted by the pictures Staff was rude and aggressive especially some of the women. Most of the men were good. Last 2 days housekeeping did not clean room or provide towels!!

O colchão era muito ruim. As toalhas eram insuficientes. As camareiras não colocaram piso de banheiro, mesmo depois de pedir. O chuveiro era péssimo.

!. No hot water for three days! 2. Old and uncomfortable bed and pillows 3. Cockroaches on the bathroom floor ( notified the management) 4. Ants in the bathroom sink (notified the management) 5. Confusing TV screen remote to work with 6. Having had to pay for the breakfast, ( offered for free in other hotels) 7. This is a very old hotel that needs a massive amount of renovation and restoration. Our room was and old, unattractive and unpleasant with old wood floor in the living room and dark and unattractive old carpet in the bedroom. Every Holiday Inn that we have stayed at has been decent, some were pretty new and offered great prices with great rooms and free breakfast.

The location was good

Water was cold couldn’t even get the water warm to take a shower, room was suppose to be 2 queen beds and was given a 1 bed room had to go ask for a room with 2 beds which should of been 2 queen beds but they were smaller which whatever. The price we paid was not worth it.

Location and the size of the room.

Room was dated and not overly clean. I asked housekeeping for toilet paper, she handed me 2 boxes of tissues and said they did not have toilet paper. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. There is not even a hook in the room to hang a towel.
