"The staff member at the front desk was very accommodating to give us a room on the same floor as our family members."

"Nice facilities and food but the cold room environment ruined our stay"

The AC was so cold that we were uncomfortably cold the entire stay. Even with the small space heater they brought to our room, we were freezing. They said the AC was cold because it is "system wide" which seems to be an unreasonable way for a hotel to make a comfortable environment for each guest room. This cold room was a deal breaker for me and I probably wont stay here and freeze again.

The hotel is beautiful, until you go inside the hotel room.

Smashed bugs on two of the doors. A bug underneath the ottoman. Dried urine on the bathroom floor as well as hair. I was offered a different room, but the floor was dirty, and there was hair in the corner of the bathroom floor. Also, hair in the bathtub.
