"Beautiful & Comfortable hotel, poor check in staff!"

The room was great, comfortable bed/linens & clean. Loved the buffet, free drinks, and breakfast in the morning.

I did not like the check in staff in the late evening, they were rude, racist and very unprofessional. The bartender gal for the free drinks was amazing & the bartenders in the bar were very nice. Please talk with your hotel staff about professionalism & what that means for all races of people. Unfortunately, we will not be back because of this experience with Staff.

"We had an awesome time."

The breakfast was awesome. Plus all the little extras. Pop and popcorn for the kids. Free drinks for adults!

The location wasn’t great and we had to pay for parking.
