Con todo mi respeto pero quedé decepcionada primera vez veo que un hotel porque halla fiesta en la ciudad.. yo haya reservado dos días pagos luego que se me vence no me podía ir quise pagar dos días más y me dicen que no me puedo quedar porque no hay cupo ya que el hotel está ocupado no me párese que tuviera que salir así ..

"Miserable"

The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. It was 81 degrees in the room. We called the front desk and no one answered, then we went to the lobby and no one was working. We were stuck in a room all night without air conditioning. Also, there was no remote for the tv’s and no hair dryer. The shower was either extremely hot or freezing cold, there was no warm. And the floors were filthy.
