Comfort Suites Sioux Falls Mall District

It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was just a little glitz with the hairdryer and heater lamp not working, but that is something they said they would take care of. I enjoyed it there.

We stay here quite often. Its a clean lower priced hotel. Room very spacious, biggest one we stay in. Unfortunately this last stay the cable was weird, it kept going dark and a loud noise out of box. Wish they would put in taller toilets, toilet seemed very small.

Bad condition of hotel and property

Older facility but well maintained and very clean. Nice staff and service.

Place is getting more and more run down

Creepy front desk guy: when told management, their response: “the manager won’t be addressing this or calling you because he doesn’t speak good English.” Also, found a homeless person at the top of the stairs the morning I had to go to work, who I thought was dead initially but thank God she wasn’t, turned out she was just passed out drunk or something of the sort. Good thing the camera guy wasn’t doing his job… I felt so unsafe there. I will never stay at this “establishment” ever again.

Room could have been much cleaner. Of the five pillows on my king bed, I felt okay about using two of them. This hotel needs some TLC - the room was pretty beaten up. Staff were great, though!

I had requested non smoking and that definitely didn’t happen. We had already reserved and paid so we stayed but probably wouldn’t book there again. One room was not used due to the smell so we ended up having to share with the others in the second room we had booked.
