"When offering a free breakfast, you could add coffee and fruit for guests traveling early am."

Closeness to the airport and free shuttle.

Room, especially bathroom, was not very clean. No breakfast items for early travelers.

Pick up and drop off availability to the Airport is very convenient for the customers. The front desk staffs were hospitable and helpful. The hotel is generous to offer snacks and water. Not charging for early check in for graduation season is very considerated. Good location between airport and SNHU arena.

The shower head should be replaced.

It was very quite

The housekeeping didn't pick the trash every day. But, they didn't let me know that you ask for the housekeeping when it was need it. They should tell the person when they arrived.

Checked in during the blizzard and they allowed us to remain there for several hours after checkout time while we waited for airport to reschedule our flight. Very courteous
