"Pobytu nie bylo. Okropny stres z szukaniem na szybko innego noclegu."

Absolutna katastrofa. Rezerwowałam apartament z dwoma oddzielnymi lóżkami. Dostałam jedno podwójne. Sofa w pokoju nie nadawała sie do spania. Mam 54 lata i bywałam już w wielu hotelach, ale tak twardego lóżka w sypialni nigdy i nigdzie nie spotkałam Było tak twarde, że nie dało sie spać. Przez to miałam okropny bol kręgosłupa. Próbowałam skontaktować sie z panią z Sun and Snow i zmienić ten apartament, niestety nie odbierała i nie odpowiadała na nagrywane wiadomości, Apartament opuściliśmy w dniu zameldowanie. Nigdy wcześniej nie przytrafiło mi się nic podobnego. Nie przespaliśmy nawet jednej nocy, naprawdę się nie dało. Następnego dnia rano zgłosiliśmy ten fakt w biurze Sun and Snow, że nie korzystamy z obiektu i maja nas wymeldować. Niestety nie zwrócili nam pieniędzy. Dodatkowo na Państwa stronie są zdjęcia zupełnie innego budynku z basenem, znacznie nowszego niż ten w którym był ten apartament. Sun and snow wprowadza ludzi w błąd. Szczerze odradzam!
