Ich habe die Unterkunft für den Preis von 425 Euro gebucht. Vom Konto wurden mir allerdings 29 Euro zuviel abgebucht. Seit dem 6.August 2025 erwarte ich die Rückzahlung. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen meinerseits reagiert die Unterkunft nicht und ich warte noch immer auf mein Geld

"Pobyt bardzo udany, na pewno tam wrócę."

Wygodne łóżka, szeroki taras, dwie łazienki -rewelacja. Dużo miejsca. Bardzo wygodnie.

Brak siatki na komary w jednym z pokojów. Brak kapsułek do zmywarki.

"Wszystko super, wyjazd z psiakiem na plus bo bardzo blisko do plaży dla piesków."

Obiekt ładny i zadbany. Nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z apartamentem czy z parkingiem.

Widać już ślady użytkowania na ścianach czy na drzwiach wejściowych natomiast nie jest to nic złego.

"Nie wieder"

Die Lage

Leider kann ich nicht viel Positives sagen. Ich kann nur jeden von dieser Unterkunft abraten. Die Lage war sehr gut. Direkt neben dem Hotel (2 Meter neben dem Balkon) ist eine Großbaustelle. Täglich ab 07:00 Uhr (bis ca. 18:30) haben die Bauarbeiten begonnen, an schlafen war nicht mehr zu denken. Der Balkon konnte aufgrund der extremen Lautstärke nicht genutzt werden und der Mittagsschlaf der Kinder musste ausfallen. Eigentlich hatten wir in Swinemünde eine Unterkunft gebucht, der Vermieter schrieb uns an und gab an, dass es durch Bauarbeiten zu Lärmbelästigung kommen kann und wir kostenlos stornieren können oder einen Preisnachlass erhalten. Wir haben storniert und diese Unterkunft (für nicht wenig Geld) gebucht. Als ich sun and snow mehrfach kontaktiert habe, war leider kein Einsehen oder Entgegenkommen festzustellen. Es wurde darauf verwiesen, dass es in der Buchungsbestätigung stand und alles andere wurde abgeblockt. Es stand dann im Kleingedruckten und es waren die einzigen 2 Zeilen, die auf Englisch und nicht auf deutsch geschrieben wurden. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Kommunikation mit sun and snow besser verlaufen wäre. Aus meiner Sicht wäre zumindest ein Preisnachlass gerechtfertigt gewesen.
