La ubicación era perfecta

Empezando porque soy cliente frecuente de NH (cliente platinium) ,el trato dejó bastante que desear,las recepcionistas se contradecían (no tenían la información suficiente,unas decían que si,otras que no podía)a la hora de querer pagar con mis puntos ,ya que reservé por booking,pero con pago en el hotel,y no me han dejado.Explicándolo mal,aunque no tendrán la culpa las chicas ,ya que han sido la mayoría respectuosas y educadas. Por otro lado,el clima de la habitación no puedes regularlo ,ni subir,ni bajarlo,y casi no se calienta ,pasamos frío.
