Conozco la cadena desde hace años y me he quedado en distintas ciudades. Acá el hotel tiene una buena ubicación y las habitaciones y camas son grandes como en la mayoría de los hoteles Diego de Almagro.

Lo que realmente no me gusto y me llamó mucho la atención fueron dos cosas. Lo poco aislada de la habitación, creo mala calidad de puertas y ventanas, se oye todo lo del pasillo y todo lo de la calle, francamente me parece impresentable. Pero lo más sorprendente, fue al momento del desayuno, un desorden total, sin persona, sin retirar las cosas, las mesas llenas de la losa de los otros pasajeros, un desastre.

Hacia muchísimo calor y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, cuando avise en recepción la respuesta es que es un climatizador y por ser Mayo el equipo expulsa aire caliente,
