Moldy smell in room 225, paper thin walls. You can hear everything! And broken hinges in bathroom door.

Restaurant staff were awesome! Good food for dinner and breakfast.

No bathtub, and the lights in the parking lot were stadium lights and they literally up our room even with the blackout curtains pulled tight

Close to the airport.

I was given a first floor room. Did not sleep well because of my room location. Single female traveling alone.

Short stay for us but affordable and the shuttle service was on time and worked out great for us!

There is no management here available when an issue happens. I was awoken during my stay by housekeeping, even though I have a sign on my door. I was also told that breakfast was included in my stay and then when I went to go get it told I had to pay. I went to the front desk to address my concerns. The young lady working could care less she called me and I quote a dumb ass bitch. I can’t believe Holiday Inn treats their customers this way I did not realize this was not Corporate it’s a franchise. I do not want to pay for my room. I want to be compensated for all of it. It disgust me that the young lady in the front thinks it’s OK to speaks this way. The lady in the front would not tell me her name and she had her hair hiding it but the housekeeping supervisor Irma was witness to her calling me a dumb ass bitch. I was given a card for management for a Curt Cleaver the phone number giving give calls directly to the lady who called me a dumb ass bitch. Today is October 29, 2025.

It’s clean

I checked in November 8 and I’m writing this review on December the 6th and have yet to have my 75 dollar hold released. Plus i had to use my card for my friend room for her deposit because they don’t tell you they don’t except chime or Cash App cards until your at the hotel which they should tell you that ahead of time. So it’s been a whole month and I have 150 dollars in deposit charges that hasn’t been released yet and I cant use it on my card until it’s been released. A whole month is crazy to use my money. And everytime I call they say they released it the day after but my bank knew exactly which hotel it was which it’s a holiday inn. Before even looking at transaction of me telling them. They say they do this all the time. Just hold people money for no reason. I done had rent and everything come through and I cannot use my 150 dollars that’s still on hold a month after checking out.
