Clean rooms and AC worked great!

We were given a ground floor with an adjoining door at first. Then we found/heard a cricket in our room. So we had to switch.

Great location and comfortable stay!

Quiet and clean.

My son and I stayed two nights, after flying in for a football game. I had reserved and paid in full for a room with a double bed, more than three months in advance. The room was nice, the beds were comfy, the shower was great and the water stayed hot. The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers, cleaning staff, and majority of front desk staff were amazing!....... But there's always that one person!

I booked my room three months prior through Booking.com. I reserved and paid in full for a room with two double beds. First off, we called from the airport, as I was advised prior to do, when we were ready for the hotel shuttle to pick us up. The lady at the front desk forgot to tell the shuttle driver. After my second call, in total, we ended being abandoned at the airport in the Texas heat in September for 50 minutes. Finally we make it to the hotel to discover, we have a room with a king size bed, not two doubles. When I refuse the room, I am told I can get refunded for my second night, but not my first night, because I allowed them to check me in. I had no idea the room was wrong until we got to the room. I was there for a football game, with my 26 year old adult son. We're not sharing a bed! I stand there at the front desk and inform the lady (same one responsible for us being stranded at airport) that we flew in, do not have a vehicle to drive around and find another hotel, so they need to make it right. I am told they have zero rooms empty in the whole hotel. Saving you the whole 15 minutes of bs we had to deal with, the night time shift supervisor, sent the lady we were dealing with, to check on a room for us, and funny thing, it was a nice, clean, room with two double beds. The lady we dealt with fixed the key card up to the new room and sent us on our way by throwing the key card across the desk at me. For the remainder of the day, anytime we were downstairs, she wouldn't speak to us. Sadly, I didn't get her name, but it really doesn't matter. There was someone higher up the chain there than her, and if she didn't end up reprimanded for her behavior with us, then it's a sad deal, because she was so very unprofessional and childish. She is the face of the hotel when she works that front desk.
