The shower doors only opened from one side, the side opposite to the shower head, so to turn on the shower you had to get in the shower and have cold water sprayed all over you. Awful

Location was great! Staff were very warm and welcoming and very friendly!

Mold in the bathroom. Hallways smelled like weed. Sheets and towels were “off white” and seemed old. Overall just not very well maintained and in need of a refresher.

Location

The room we were in had a broken shower. They moved us to a new room and it had a broken tv. When we asked for it to be fixed they were angry and told us that they couldn’t keep moving us, even though we never asked to be moved.

The breakfast was tasty with a nice choice of breakfast selections. The hotels atmosphere was light.

Upon arrival there was a display of water which had a sign "Stay Hydrated". Unfortunately, I thought it was complimentary. I was a little put off when asked and how are you going to pay for the water by the desk attendant. I just feel that it could have been asked nicer instead of accusatory. I have received complimentary water in many other Hampton Inns. The lotion in the room was empty and not checked prior to our arrival.
