Personnel très accueillant, hôtel très bien situé,(métro ,resto....)extrêmement bien tenu, grande chambre climatisée avec une literie de très bonne qualité Petit déjeuner super, même goûter si on le désire.

Buena ubicación cerca de la parada de metro de Bilbao. Desayuno correcto. El personal muy atento y servicial

Se agradecería una neverita en la habitación, fui justo en la ola de calor y hubiera sido muy bienvenida una nevera donde poder guardar agua fría.

"Perfecto descanso"

El personal, trato muy bueno, sobretodo por un inconveniente con la luz que por parte de recepcion se soluciono en un momento (ademas el chico de recepcion iba en muletas)
