"Ok, fit the sleep criteria"

Housekeeping did phenomenal.

Check in process wasn't greeted with smile, more like why are you here. When asking questions was belittled. She even rolled her eyes at us. Slammed down our IDs and card. It wasn't pleasant.

The rooms are clean, you have shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, they put clean towel everyday and make your bed, it's quite always, and the front desk Staff members are so nice I would highly recommend this hotel

Staff was great at helping me dealing with booking issues. Room was great. Beds felt great. Really enjoyed my stay.

3rd parties need to make things easier for people when they book on their websites instead of making it harder for hotel staff
