Bed was clean & comfy

Clean, quiet, wonderfully helpful staff, good food at reasonable prices nearby, loved the shower.

Front desk clerk gave me zero attention upon entering lobby. Apparently consumed by another customer with issues. Weeds growing in parking area. Overflowing trash cans in common areas. Very bumpy road entering this area of hotel, seems like neglected area with abandoned construction areas. Not happy with stay.

The location was very nice.

Right before I left, I found rat feces between the bed and night stand. Found some hairs on the floor that is not mine.

Room and grass area in back were nice. Didn’t like being on the second level. Would request first level next time.

Probably the best value I have had this year. I’ve written about this property before, and it never disappoints. Keep in mind that it is a Red Roof, and not the Ritz. It is basic, and the bed is comfortable, plenty of hot water, and super clean. Room prices are super reasonable. My room was exceptionally clean, the front staff, housekeeping, and maintenance are all terrific. I always get a good night’s sleep. The TV worked fine, and they’ve paved the potholes that plagued the property a couple of years ago.

Very close to the interstate, parking right outside the room, efficient check-in.

So inexpensive it is hard to complain! But: Bed not very comfortable, linens thin and low quality, tub soiled by previous guest and not cleaned.

I was very comfortable! The only comments are 1) no ice in the ice machine 2) breakfast hours ended toooooo early
