They did not have a room for us and needed to find another hotel where to stay

El trato del recepcionista, era exigente demandante e impaciente. Ya estábamos registrados y con la tarjeta para entrar al room, la tarjeta no abrió y el recepcionista dijo que no nos podíamos quedar allí, perdimos mucho tiempo en la registraron y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel fueron más tiempo y gastos

El trato del recepcionista era muy impaciente, nos dio una habitación: muy sucia -el sillón todo manchado, -las luces no encendian -La televisión no prendia -No habia shampoo, body wash or condtooning, -La alberca estaba cerrada. -No tienen desayuno. Se les dejó saber que había inconvenientes dijieron que lo hablarían con el manager, nunca oímos nada de regreso

Cheap and where we needed to be

Very run down. No chair. Lot of insects. AC not able to cool the room.

Yo llegue con mis amigos y el hombre recepcionista q nos atendió. Nos dijo que no podíamos estar ahí adentro nos dijo q salieramos y q esperáramos 20 minutos afuera, la temperatura estava a 98 grados, y tuvimos q buscar otro motel para ospedarnos ,le dije al recepcionista que ya habíamos pagado la estancia y no le importo,, y no se si cobraron el dinero de mi tarjeta nesecito hablar con un manager por favor 509 851 0953 es mi numero.

No nos gustó el trato y que nos sacó para afuera aun con la temperatura a 98 grados

I did not like the fact that it was a drug infested trap plus the towels were blood stained and didn’t realize until we use them. Then the manager were very rude. Said he was going to give half of the room price back, but I doubt he does plus he had a $50 deposit that I haven’t received back either. I will not be using them ever again and I may not use your service ever again if this is the kind of rooms and places that you send us to.
